September 1999 to April 2000, provided
by the United Daily News (udnnews.com).
The system provided the phrase-based
searching, Concept Space related-term
suggestion, and Self-Organizing Map
visualization. |

user may want to start from the related-term
suggestion to find the relevant terms,
and then use the set of terms to find
the news articles. On the other hand,
the user can also rely on the visualization
to explore the entire news content,
and find interesting news articles
based on the categories on the map.
