 Research Goal  
To integrate advanced knowledge management toolkits with enterprise applications through industrial-strength middleware. Current research centers on development in B2B and wireless web environments.

 Approach & Methodology  
Testbed:
  • SAP R/3 v4.0B Training Database ( 30GB) and SAP Business Connect v3.10.
  • Oracle Applications with Oracle8i Server Technology.
  • 3,000 + call center records, courtesy of HP's Escalation Center.

  •  
Techniques:
  • Agent-based system developement using HP E-Speak suites.
  • SAP integration using SAP Java BAPI ( Business BAPI). Platform: IBM VisualAge for Java, Enterprise Edition.
  • Kohonen Self-Organization Map ( SOM) Algorithms-single and multi-layer self-organizing maps for information categorization and visualization.
